the flow of water at home is fine, until i traveled to other countries, it worked slowly. I then realized the dirtier the water, the filtering process will takes more time. It works fine again when I back home.

I’m a diabetes patient. I got this bottle as a gift from my daughter. I need to control my diet and not able to eat anything that is not good for my body. I love my pink flow. Remember to clean the bottle regularly. I saw some greeny at the bottom of the bottle. I emailed Goody and they taught me how to clean the bottle properly. I feel so embarrassed but their customer service is great.
I bought 2 of the Blue Flow about a year ago. One to use at home while the other one on the go.It makes water taste better, but, seems too small for a big guy like me. I wish Goody can make a 1L bottle in the future.
Bought a set for my husband and me as we have to stay in the hospital with my mother in law this summer. The bottles give us a peace of mind to drink water from any tap. The only complaint is the bottle cannot filter milk and sugary drinks which are great for hot sunny days.
