All Goody products are shipped worldwide.

Shipping and delivery fees are applied by a third-party app before the payment process.

Your order will be processed within 48-72 business hours from our warehouse.

Yes, we will provide you with the tracking number via email.

As Goody products are health related products, we do not usually accept returned products unless the product is defected/broken. If so, the products must be returned in the same condition that you received with its original packaging. Your returned order must also contain the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund will only happen if the returned item/order has been approved. We will keep you posted during the process on the status of the refund.
